A total disaster. Once you're in drive in, there's no going back. We had to wait about 30 minutes and when we were able to order the communication was modest. We didn't get anything at the counter, we had ancestors and waited a long time. The old man was so overwhelmed. I think he was there alone. This can not be it. Never go there.

Note for your own safety: Employees of the catering service provider McDonalds report "offenses against the CORONA protection ordinance" to their own guests / customers at the regulatory office! I am assuming that the regulatory agency will force McDonalds to do so. I also apparently had the impression that the CORONA protection regulations were not complied with. Result: As a thank you for McDonald's customer loyalty, a € 278.50 fine from the public order office arrives at the customer. By the way: Getting the fine proceedings to be stopped immediately by the regulatory office was a matter of course for me and is always a pleasure (but it remains a waste of time). Do you drive to work in the morning and have you stopped for a snack at McDonalds? Then you better grease your sandwiches at home from now on! Even an alleged illegibility on the CORONA contact form can be enough and your license plate can be spied out (to get to your address).

Not recommended because you always get the wrong goods on the MC Drive. In the last 5 weeks we received something wrong 3 times. Big Tasty Bacon instead of Big Rösti, Apple Pocket instead of Cherry Pocket, Cheesburger was missing, etc. It's really no longer fun.

It's a shame that the quality of McDonald's is so different depending on the location. The double chilli cheese burgers were unfortunately very dry and you could neither see nor taste the cheese. The burgers ordered were generally disappointing, but the chicken box was fine.

Because we don't have a car, we queued at the mc drive. Since we called there yesterday and were told to queue up there. After half an hour it was our turn and they told us to come to the front door. The employees made us wait another 20 minutes until there were really no cars (people) waiting there. After 20 minutes, an employee finally came out and complained without a real reason why we came in briefly during the period in which we were waiting to make ourselves noticeable. In addition, our food came out wrong and the fries were still raw! So I will not go there voluntarily !!

Outdated branch is also noticeable in the McDrive. Coffee was a disaster, but the service was nice and hard-working.

The manager is the most unprofessional !! He doesn't understand my complaint. Asks his co-worker: "what I said, I did not understand" be serious ?? Employees too few for a rush hour. Is that normal for a company like this? Half missing, half cold! But nuggets delicious

Slow service and initially not correct

It is located just next to the LIDL supermarket on the Juelicherstr. The restaurant has plenty of parking spaces and some sitting spaces outdoor too with a small play area for small kids. There are many sitting places inside and the menu offers enriched variety. Staff members are nice professional and friendly. However, it is too much crowded sometimes at peak hours.

The staff hardly understand. You have to order everything very slowly and then often get something else. Actually, I should not have gotten this apple bag anymore. Unfortunately, I did not see the sticker until I wanted to get everything away. I contacted the counter and showed the packaging with the receipt. I was told in broken German, that would be OK. No apology or anything. On another visit to the Drive, I felt like an eternity in front of the intercom ... 5 minutes for sure. I called, honked ... nothing. I drove up to the counter. It was only said that the technique often does not work. I'm not going there anymore.

Slow, not clean and dry burgers. On the plus side there is a tremendous rat show in the car park to keep you entertained.

Crappy. My wife and I did not like the burger and the fries. They were tasted like pieces of would and felt the same.
